Annabelle Jane Murray (Class of 78)
Annabelle took a year off after Marianopolis and headed to Banff and then England where she learned 2 of the most USEFUL skills to date - how to hold a tray with 6 mugs of coffee on it, and how to type. Sensing, however, that her education was not quite complete, she headed back east to Queen's to get a B.A., and managed to graduate at the tail end of the '83 recession in time to put those tray-balancing skills to good use at various Toronto eateries until a viable job became available. None did, so she played in a band playing bad bass guitar and mean keyboards with 3 guys, made a video, and released an EP (remember them?) and had about 2 seconds of fame (but no fortune, unfortunately). She got married, became a graphic designer, specializing in book design, and had a beautiful baby boy, Andrew (now 11 yrs.). She has since divorced, remarried, had a second beautiful son, Nicolas (now 4 yrs.), travelled around the world, and lives north-east of Toronto with her husband James. Annabelle stays at home with her kids, writes poetry occasionally, and plans to run a marathon to mark her 40th birth year in 2001.She can be reached at annabelle AT interhop.net

Alison Couston (nee Jones) (Class of 80). I would have graduated from RVR in 1980 but we moved to Edmonton, Alberta in 1977. We lived in Edmonton for four years then moved to Calgary. I was married in 1983 and had boy and girl twins in 1985. Their names are Kristopher and Danielle. I was divorced in 1989 and remarried in 1993. I am an Assistant manager for Royal Bank Action Direct, the discount brokerage service for the Royal Bank. I have worked for Royal Bank since 1981. My husband owns his own decorative glass company in Calgary. I am living in Airdrie, Alberta which is about 20 km from Calgary. We both drive in to Calgary every morning. After RVR I went on to CEGEP and became a secretary, then an insurance agent, and now I teach English for a private language center. In between all of that I got married had Sean, now 9, and got divorced. Six years ago I met Robert and after a year of beating around the bush we finally went out and have been together ever since. We have a son, Frédérick, now 2 years old. I've moved around quite a bit since leaving Otterburn and I have been living in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu for the past three years. Joined the Navy in 87, and moved to Victoria. Married Kathy in 1990. Have two beautiful kids, Cody (8) and Ashlie (4). Still in the Navy and traveling the world, while the wife and kids wait at home.

I am now living in Montreal but will be moving to a country home in the eastern townships with my wonderful partner of 6 years now ,who is expecting a little girl for Oct.00. After returning to school to finish high school and for technical and marketing courses I worked as a technical consultant in the window industry for a few years. I went to 1 year at Champlain in creative arts, one year at DIP, work for 1 1/2 years. I moved to B.C. in Jan 1992, met Mike Dunlop, my husband of 5 years at Malaspina College where I graduated with Honours from their Cook Training Program.
Nov 1998 gave birth to our son Daniel. Currently pregnant with second baby due mid Oct.
I keep in touch with Gitanjali Mohit, Sharon Kosturik, Karen Flaxington, Christine Mackay, all from 88 and Carol Ann Brewster from 89.

I went on to McGill and then to UBC when I moved to Vancouver in '96. I was married in May of '98 and still have no kids. This year brought me back home to Montreal where I am currently a manager for a restaurant. I would love to hear some more news from anyone out there.
