RVRHS Alumni Feb 9/99 Newsletter
Sure I slacked for a few
months, so I am making it up to you all by providing two updates closely spaced
together. This is what has come in since the last update only a few days ago.
Thanks to Ellen Cyr, Sue Snell, Lorna (Snell) Illick, Natalie Nault, and Dave
Woods for the updates.
A new feature has been added to the RVR page, Faculty. So far there isn't much
there but a list of faculty and three or four entries. I could use lots of help
on this section.
Now for the new updates:
Diana d'Allmen (Class of 75) is a mom and lives in Brossard Qc.
Lloyd d'Allmen (Class of 80) Lloyd has relocated to California.
Eric d'Allmen (Class of 79) lives in Pierrefond Qc.
Andrew d'Allmen (Class of 78) currently calls Burlington, VT his home.
Doug Osbourn (Class of 80) resides in Vancouver BC.
Dave Wood (Class of 76) currently resides on the West Island of Montreal. Dave
has generously provided yearbooks for 1974 and 1975 to help flesh out the class
lists.

Lezlie was last seen in a business program at Simon Frazer in BC
Leita Jones (Class of 79)
Works at the World Bank, Washington, DC and spends most of her time in Africa,
England and France.
Lorna Illick (nee:Snell - Class of 79) I am an accountant and married a bond
trader/stock broker working in
Toronto and London, England. He retired at 31 to pursue his life long dream
of becoming a farmer. We are now among the top 10 hog producers in Ontario and
live near Orangeville, Ontario on 240 acres of farmland! Who'd have ever imagined.
We have a 3-year old daughter and a 9-month son and 35,000 hogs! (high-health
status of our herd fortunately means no odor and everyone must be disinfected
before entering any of the barns or facilities! Thank goodness)
Bruce and Gail Marjoribanks moved to BC in 1977 or 1978. Gail would have graduated
in 1979 had she not moved.
Kim Gingrich, is a police officer in Waterloo but moved the year before she
was to graduate (in 1979).
Carolyn Crooks (Class of 79) lives in Toronto.
Beverly Coffin (Class of 7?) lives in Toronto.
Brian Williamson, (Class of 7?) is an investment banker at Dominion
Securities in London, England

I graduated from McGill with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I worked several
years as a nurse at the Jewish General Hospital. I presently teach prenatal
classes at the CLSC in Pointe Claire. I have 4 children and live in Rigaud.
